This page explains what Netvise does with the details you enter when you request access to your building, and what we do not do with them.
Who is responsible
Netvise BV, Brusselsesteenweg 66, 3000 Leuven, Belgium, company number BE0873513506, is responsible for the details you submit through this form. You can reach us at technical@netvise.be.
What we collect
Your first and last name, your email address, and the address of the building you are requesting access to, including your unit number.
We also record the request code from the sheet you were given, the language you used the form in, and the date you agreed to this policy. We do not use cookies to track you, and we do not collect anything you have not typed in yourself.
Why we collect it
Only to give you access to your building. Your name and email are what the access system needs to send you an invitation, and the address is how we know which door to give you access to.
We never use your details for marketing. We do not send newsletters or promotional email, we do not build a profile of you, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who else sees it
Your name and email address are entered into the access system your building runs, which is UniFi Access or Salto KS. That system sends you your invitation directly. We share your details with nobody else.
Once your details have been entered into that system, they are held there under that building operator’s own retention rules, which are separate from ours and outside our control.
How long we keep it
Your request is deleted automatically 12 months after it is approved or refused. Deletion is permanent: the request and its history are removed entirely, not just hidden.
This happens on its own, every night, without anyone having to remember. The period stated here is the one the deletion actually uses.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it before the period above has passed. Email technical@netvise.be and we will action it. If you are not happy with how we handle that, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
